This slicer features a
45 degree tilting mechanism to produce a gravity feed. Slice meat, cheese,
produce, and bread from deli-thin to 5/8-in. thick with this heavy-duty
slicer. Made of cast aluminum and stainless steel, it features a multipurpose
7-in. diameter stainless steel blade and a powerful, gear-driven universal
motor for smooth, quiet operation.
The large-capacity food carriage retracts fully to accommodate extra-large roasts, hams, and other oversize foods. Cantilevered design lets you slice directly onto a plate or platter and provides easy access for cleaning. Thickness control knob has a built-in intermittent or continuous on/off switch.
